VISION & MISSION FOR THE COMMUNITY
What we do with our profit...
Our vision for our community is to provide some form of assistance to all who come to us. Our planned initiatives include assistance with travel cost to work prior to first salary, advice and support whilst job hunting and to provide employment opportunities in-house as well as volunteering opportunities. We aim to utilise 50% of trading profits as well as any grants or donations received to run these initiatives that assist those who need help in our community. We also intend to spend some part of the profits in carrying out charitable work outside the UK. Together we will make a difference. In London, United Kingdom we are jointly hosting with DLG Strategic Consultancy Limited a women-only event; LUMISERGENT WOMAN launches on 28th October, 2017 and there after it will be at the end of every four months. In Ghana, we are jointly hosting the event with Special Needs Activities & Programs for Ghana (www.snap4ghana.org)
